Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. Or you can always email us!
Q: You used to have a guitar listed, but it is no longer... can I order one? A: Every item we have listed we have in stock... thus, unless we have more than one in stock we will not list it until we get it! If there is any item you are looking for (or looked at) let us know and we can place an order for you. There is no obligation nor will we charge a higher price if you place an order (the only exception is for custom made/ custom altered items).
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How easy is it to buy if I live outside the U.S.? A: VERY EASY! We are very familiar and comfortable shipping items abroad and know how to pack them well. But do know due to the fact that the item will have to pass thru U.S. and your local Customs office it can take 2-3 weeks for an item to be delivered. Further, there might be a customs tax/duty assessed upon arrival.
Q: Do we ship to APO/AE addresses? A: Yes! For most of our items we can ship easily via USPS and cheaply too.
